Preocupação Ambiental

Construída em apenas seis meses, a Casa Natura Santo André conquistou as 14 categorias do processo Aqua, distribuídas entre as áreas de ecoconstrução, eco-gestão, conforto e saúde. As medidas sustentáveis para a certificação encareceram em 5% a obra, mas, mesmo assim, a unidade do ABC foi a que teve um custo mais baixo em relação às demais, garantiu a diretora regional São Paulo Capital da Natura, Andrea Eboli.

Os principais aspectos que tornam seu projeto sustentável são:

1. Ar-condicionado ecológico: existe um sistema que traz para o interior o ar resfriado por duas cascatas que correm sobre chapa de aço. A ventilação ocorre por meio de grelhas inseridas no piso e no teto, que reduz a temperatura da casa em até 5 graus centígrados.
2. Energia alternativa: painéis solares implantados no telhado, convertem a luz do sol em calor usado para aquecer a água utilizada no banho.
3. Reuso de água: após a utilização, a água dos chuveiros, lavatórios, maquina de lavar e tanque passa por dois filtos e vai para uma caixa d’água sob o deck, onde é clorada e transportada por meio de uma bomba atá a segunda caixa localizada no telhado. Depois de purificada, a água está novamente pronta para ser usada em descargas.
4. Água de chuva: coletada no telhado, a água de chuva é filtrada, clorada e armazenada. Posteriormente é usada para irrigação de jardim e nas torneiras externas.
5. Aproveitamento do calor: sistema que capta o ar frio junto ao piso, o aquece em uma câmera de ar junto da lareira e retorna para o ambiente através de grelhas com ajuda de um sistema de ventilação.
6. Automação: toda iluminação da casa é comandada por três centrais de automação. Cada central, que pode ser acionada por controle remoto, cria diferentes atmosferas de luz, além de comandar as cortinas e o telão do Home Theater.

The main aspects that make this sustainable design are:

1. Air-conditioned environmentally friendly: there is a system that brings the cool air inside by two cascades running on steel plate. Ventilation occurs through grids placed on the floor and ceiling, which reduces the temperature of the house by up to 5 degrees centigrade.
2. Alternative Energy: solar panels deployed on the roof, convert sunlight into heat used to heat the water used in the bath.
3. Water reuse: After using the water from showers, sinks, washing machine and passes through two filter tank and goes to a water tank under the deck, where it is chlorinated and transported via a pump to tie the second box located on the roof. Once purified, the water is once again ready to be used in discharges.
4. Rain water: collected on the roof, rain water is filtered, chlorinated and stored. It is then used for irrigation of garden and outdoor faucets.
5. Use of heat: a system that captures the cold air near the floor, the warm air in a camera close to the fireplace and returns to the environment through grids with the help of a ventilation system.
6. Automation: all lighting is controlled by three power automation. Each center, which can be activated by remote control, creates different atmospheres of light, besides commanding the curtains and the screen of the Home Theater.

Who’s Next in Green Home Design?
